Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) announced the sale of three separate industrial properties for a combined sale price of $16.28 million, with representation by both James Hodur, CBC NRT senior commercial executive and CBC NRT associate Benjamin Miotti.
The 7.8-acre site at 2217 S. Loomis Street sold in January for $11.5 million. Hodur and Miotti represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The 33,000-square-foot site at 1176 N. Cherry Avenue sold in January for $3 million. Hodur and Miotti represented the seller.
The 43,479-square-foot site and 2300 N. Ashland Avenue /1208 W. Medill Avenue sold in December 2020 for $1.78 million. Hodur and Miotti represented both the buyer and the seller.
“These sales are indicative of the continued strength of Chicago’s industrial real estate market,” said Hodur. “As stated in several recent articles, large distribution centers in Chicago’s major transportation routes, as well as in-city industrial buildings and parcels, remain extremely attractive to investors and developers.”
