Ivy Properties and United Properties, along with capital partner Axial Real Estate Advisors, on March 17 will host a ground-breaking ceremony for the Willows Bend seniors housing community in Fridley, Minnesota.
Willows Bend will be a 136-unit, four-level building with underground parking at 6455 University Ave. NE in Fridley. Ebenezer Management Services will operate the facility.
Willows Bend is scheduled to open in the summer of 2022.
The site is the former home of the Fridley City Hall and the Fridley fire and police departments, all of which moved in 2018. Willows Bend will include a full-service restaurant for residents, a cafe, theater and common areas.
