ML Realty Partners has announced the acquisition and development of Army Trail Trade Center, a 21-acre parcel located in Glendale Heights, Illinois located less than three miles west of I-355. The development provides immediate frontage and direct access along Army Trail Road.
ML Realty Partners plans to break ground this summer on two state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 292,500 square feet at the site. Available for occupancy in spring of 2022, the buildings will be 32’ clear with heavy car parking and 72 total exterior docks. They will accommodate tenants from 23,000 square feet to 153,000 square feet.
