Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate has executed a pair of industrial leases totaling nearly 144,000 square feet at the firm’s speculative warehouse developments in Plainfield, Indiana, and Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
Sedgwick, a global provider of technology‐enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, recently took occupancy of 68,486 square feet at Gateway V, located at 845 Airtech Parkway in the 55-acre Gateway Business Park, immediately southwest of Indianapolis International Airport. The 262,758-square-foot facility, which was developed by HSA Commercial in 2019, is now fully leased.
In the second transaction, Ryder Last Mile Inc., a national provider of last-mile logistics solutions for retail brands with non-conveyable, oversized products, recently moved into its new 75,290-square-foot space at 1570 International Drive, one of three buildings developed by HSA Commercial in the 184-acre Park 94 business park in southeast Wisconsin.
Sedgwick joins existing tenants Safran Nacelles Services Americas LLC, a Paris-based aerospace firm, and LifeNet Health, a provider of transplant solutions, at Gateway V. The facility features 32-foot clear heights, 30 truck docks (expandable), four drive-in doors and 82 parking stalls.
Completed in 2020, the 116,600-square-foot building at Park 94 offers 30-foot clear heights, 18 truck docks (expandable), two drive-in doors and 82 parking stalls.
Ned Frank, Pat Hake and Steve Sewart of Colliers International represented ownership in the Ryder Last Mile lease, while Scott Furmanski and Karl Wiedenman of CBRE represented the tenant. For the Sedgwick lease, Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented ownership, and J.D. Graves of CBRE represented the tenant.
