CBRE has arranged an 84,674-square-foot lease in Overland Park, Kansas, to serve as the new Field Resource Center for Yellow Corporation.
Located on the Aspira Campus at 11500 Outlook St., the company will occupy the fourth and fifth floors and have prominent exterior signage.
CBRE’s Bob Fagan and Matt Eckert represented Yellow Corporation in the transaction. The company will occupy the space beginning in the first quarter of 2022.
The company is currently located at Roe Ave. and I-435 in Overland Park in about 380,000 square feet spread across multiple buildings.
