i3 Investors recently purchased 400 Milford Parkway, a 59,176-square-foot light industrial facility on 5.87 acres in Milford Commerce Park in the eastern submarket of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Built in 2001, 400 Milford Parkway is currently 100 percent leased to three tenants. The seller was represented by Sean Devaney and Ross Bratcher of JLL.
The addition of Milford Parkway adds to i3’s growing Cincinnati-area portfolio, which also includes Progress Way Business Center adjacent to Wilmington Air Park in Wilmington and two multi-tenant industrial properties in West Chester.
