Michael Lemon with District Capital recently closed a $24 million construction/bridge loan on Fifth Third Tower in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
The non-recourse loan will provide financing for an extensive capital improvement plan at the building. It will also provide future funding for leasing needs as the property stabilizes.
The interest-only loan has a three-year term.
