Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Planet Fitness, a 20,000-square-foot net-leased property in Shrewsbury, Missouri. The asset sold for $3.375 million.
Dominic Sulo, senior vice president, and Benjamin Bach, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, and was sold to a West Coast 1031-exchange buyer. Bradley Barham, Missouri Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
