Global food manufacturing company Baxters Food Group has signed a 15,202-square-foot lease for the last full floor of Class-A office space at The Strietmann Center at 231 W. 12th St. in Cincinnati.
This office will serve as Baxters Food Group’s new North American headquarters, though the company will still retain its location at 4700 Creek Road.
JLL Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg represented building owner Grandin Properties and CURO BRKG’s Josh Niederhelman represented the tenant.
Located in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, the recently renovated building touts unique architectural designs across contemporary Class-A office spaces. It also offers 360-degree views from its Penthaus rooftop conference and event center, as well as showers, lockers, bike access and a parking garage across the street.
The Strietmann Center is within walking distance to an abundance of original restaurants, other office buildings, retail, fitness options and museums, including the Findlay Market, YMCA, Memorial Hall, Washington Park Music Hall and recently updated TQL Stadium. Located on 12th and the Central Parkway, the Strietmann is in the heart of the pending transformation of the Central Business District into a grand boulevard.
Other tenants in the building include Astronomer Inc., Contact CI, NaviStone, Gyro and Saatchi & Saatchi X.
