Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville-based team of Michael Havens, Madison Wenzler and Ronnie Wenzler has been exclusively retained to sell 6705 Charlotte Pike, a 17,977-square-foot office/church property in West Nashville, Tennessee.

The Wenzler and Havens team at Cushman & Wakefield is representing the seller, Center for Spiritual Living Nashville, in all marketing efforts.

Center for Spiritual Living Nashville is part of Centers for Spiritual Living, a global community of more than 400 Centers that provide spiritual tools and services to transform personal lives. The Nashville Center has owned and occupied the 6705 Charlotte Pike property since November 1999 and plans to identify a new property in the Nashville area to relocate to that will further serve its community’s needs.

Built in 1960, the 6705 Charlotte Pike property is zoned for institutional use and includes private offices, meeting rooms and classrooms along with 128 on-site parking spaces and an opportunity to install highly visible signage. The property also benefits from being located immediately adjacent to the Nashville West Shopping Center, which has major department stores, specialty retailers, restaurants, and a park.
