Rosemont, Illinois-based Wintrust Bank, N.A. has provided $57.5 million in arranged construction financing for the ground-up construction of a 332-unit apartment development at 521 Davis Circle SW in Huntsville, Alabama, known as Vista at Councill Square.
The property is anticipated to be completed in the first half of 2025 and will feature well-appointed apartments, a resort-style rooftop pool and a best-in-class amenity package. This is the first of a multi-phased residential development for the borrower, an affiliate of T2 Capital Management.
T2 is a private equity real estate firm headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois. Since its inception in 2011, T2 Capital Management has invested more than $1.25 billion across the entire capital stack and currently manages in excess of $500 million.
