CBRE has hired Harrison Wagenseil as a first vice president who will join the Minneapolis market-leading Institutional Properties team of Ryan Watts, Tom Holtz and Thomas Williams.
The team specializes in major investment transactions for single-tenant and multi-tenant office properties.
Prior to joining the CBRE, Wagenseil was a managing director for investment sales for Transwestern’s Minneapolis-St. Paul capital markets and investment sales practice. Wagenseil started his career selling investment properties in the San Francisco Bay Area before founding a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm in Minneapolis.
