Micro Center, an information technology, communications and electronic device supplier, is opening its first store in Indiana, leasing 35,000 square feet at 5702 E. 86th St. in the Castleton neighborhood of Indianapolis.
Keith Stark of ConsortiumCRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
Micro Center has 25 stores and is expanding across the country. The company was founded in 1979 in Columbus, Ohio.
“We continue to see plenty of activity in the retail sector, especially in the Indianapolis MSA and surrounding areas,” Stark said. “The market is extremely competitive as retailers jockey for the best positions in any given trade area.”
