The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a newly developed Chipotle Mexican Grill in Austintown, a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private developer whom the Cooper Group has worked with in the past. The Cooper Group also found the all-cash buyer.
The buyer purchased the property for $2.16 million, representing a 5.73% CAP rate and $929 a square foot.
