Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced the sale of the Cardinal Stritch University (CSU) campus. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents Marianne Burish and Daniel Walsh represented the university in the $24 million sale.
Located adjacent to Glendale, Wisconsin and Fox Point, Wisconsin, the almost 44-acre property comprises 12 CSU buildings totaling 607,000 square feet of finished educational and supporting services space including a field house, library, fine arts/theatre building, and university center.
The Ramirez Family Foundation is the buyer of the campus.
