LM Commercial Real Estate (LMCRE) executed a 3,443-square-foot lease with Advent and a 1,200-square-foot lease with Bean N Breek Coffee at The Junction Shopping Center in Tinley Park, Illinois.
Advent will join Anytime Fitness and Athletico Physical Therapy in anchoring the 29,319-square-foot center. The new clinic, which will be located at 17859 S 80th Avenue, represents a continued expansion of Advent’s presence in the southwestern suburbs to meet the growing demand for outpatient services.
Bean N Breek Coffee will also compliment the center’s tenancy and its proximity to the 80th Street Metra Station will provide a convenient amenity for area commuters.
