Friedman Real Estate’s Greg Hornby completed the sale of the 24,250-square-foot Sportsman’s Den & Orlando’s Banquet Hall at 15001 Sibley Road in Riverview, Michigan.
Friedman represented the purchaser, Jeremy Syrocki, who will reopen the location as The Sand Trap restaurant. The banquet hall will be named the One/Nine.
Syrocki owns numerous restaurants, including Truago, Mamacitas, and Rocky’s Roadhouse in Trenton, Arnold’s Diner in Brownstown, Major Biddle’s in Wyandotte and Lloyds in Grosse Ile.
