Friedman Real Estate has been awarded the management assignment for The George Apartments in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The property, built in 2018, features 249 high-end apartments and a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with an additional 42 loft-style apartments opening in July 2024.
The new loft apartments will feature 20-foot ceilings and a mix of one-bedrooms with one and one-half baths and two-bedrooms with two baths, ranging from 756 square feet to 1,274 square feet.
The George is located at 2502 Packard St, two miles from Briarwood Mall and the University of Michigan and minutes from I-94.
Residents of The George enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, package lockers, a 75 ft. outdoor pool, resident lounge with demonstration kitchen, EV charging stations, resident tech center, surround sound movie theater, outdoor firepit and grilling, and unique community social events.
