Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of an absolute triple-net lease Kum & Go, a 5,118-square-foot net-leased property in Sarcoxie, Missouri. The asset went under contract to close in 52 days and sold all cash for $2.4 million.
Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko and Senior Associate Timothy Nichols, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, an out-of-state private investor, was secured and represented by Weisenbeck, Sharko and Nichols. David Saverin, Regional Manager, Broker of Record of Missouri, assisted in closing this transaction.
The Kum & Go is located at 2577 High St. in Sarcoxie off Interstate-44. The triple-net lease offers annual rental increases and a corporate guarantee. It is an established location that has been in business at this location for 16 years.
