Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed two subleases totaling 68,825 square feet at 801 Technology Way in Libertyville to bring the property to 100% occupancy. The property features 24-foot ceilings, eight truck docks, two grade level doors and ample parking.
The first transaction was a sublease of 24,777 square feet to AAT Sales Inc., a provider of high-quality food service equipment. AAT Sales relocated and expanded from a nearby Northbrook location to accommodate their growing business. Rob Elbrecht of Tri State Realty represented the subtenant and Dan Benassi, SIOR, and Sam Deihs represented the sublandlord in this transaction.
The second transaction was a sublease of 44,048 square feet to LED Tranquility, Inc. which is a full-service audio, video, lighting and scenic company delivering customized content and immersive experiences for trade shows and similar events around the world. Dan Benassi, SIOR, and Sam Deihs represented the sublandlord and were the sole brokers in this transaction.
