Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Derby Village, a 46-unit apartment property in Toledo, Ohio. The asset sold for $5.47 million.
Charles Gagliano, Michael Barron, Daniel Burkons, Joshua Wintermute and William Koontz based in the firm’s Cleveland office, collaborating with Tony DeLoney and David DeLoney based in the firm’s Sacramento office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a California-based limited liability company.
The buyer, a local private investor, was also procured through the Marcus & Millichap brokerage teams in conjunction with Ten-X auction services.
Derby Village is located at 2850 Wilford Drive in Toledo. The property consists of two- and three-bedroom units constructed in 2002. Marcus & Millichap was able to procure nearly 10 offers before ultimately selecting the buyer.
