Colliers closed the sale of about 56 undeveloped acres on Lone Star Parkway in Montgomery, Texas.
The buyer, Taylor Morrison Homes, was represented by Harrison Kane, Chris Hutcheson, and James Kadlick of Colliers.
The ±56 acre property is located within Montgomery Independent School District in Montgomery County, less than a mile north of Highway 105.
