Associated Bank completed a $20.084 million loan to Brennan Investment Group for the acquisition of two last-mile industrial buildings at 5006 Harding Place in Nashville, Tennessee.
The acquisition is a joint venture with RGA ReCap Inc. on behalf of Reinsurance Group of America, Inc.
The buildings have a total of 221,280 square feet. Each is divisble into smaller suites suitable for a variety of new users. Both feature 20-foot to 27-foot clear heights.
Andrew Roberts, a senior vice president with Associated Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Division, managed the loan closing.
