Midas Construction is advancing the new Hampton Inn serving St. Louis Lambert International Airport toward a completion by the end of the year.
The 128-room hotel is being developed by Lodging Hospitality Management and is connected to the existing Hilton St. Louis Airport Hotel. Midas celebrated the topping-out of the Hampton Inn on June 13 and expects to complete the project in December 2024.
Located at 10300 Natural Bridge Road, the six-story hotel will be fully accessible and host 128 rooms with queen- and king-size accommodations. It consists of a concrete podium supporting a five-level, wood-frame structure. The building is connected to the Hilton Hotel. Midas and its team have carefully constructed the Hampton Inn to avoid disrupting operations at the Hilton.
Joining Midas on the project are American Electric and Data, electrical; CE Jarrell Contracting, HVAC; Finch Plumbing Co., Inc., plumbing and United Fire Protection, fire protection.
