Farbman Group announced the grand opening of its new 40,000-square-foot shared headquarters for the broader Farbman family-owned enterprises at 31700 Middlebelt Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan

“Bringing the Farbman family of companies under one roof presents a unique opportunity for all of our enterprises to grow together and drive cross-company synergy,” said Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “This change will support the growth and expansion of our organizations for years to come.”

The move re-unifies Farbman with their family-owned enterprises for the first time in nearly ten years. Farbman’s family-owned enterprises include Farbman Group, NAI Farbman, Huntington Construction, Apex Mechanical Solutions, Huntington Maintenance, Campusville, Carbon TV and Healthrise, a company founded and run by CEO, David Farbman.

“From the commercial real estate industry to healthcare solutions, this move brings many industries and perspectives into the same building,” said David Farbman, CEO of Healthrise, an advanced healthcare technology and business solutions provider. “There is strength in numbers, and by combining brilliant minds under the same roof, we will better serve our brands ability to strategic plan, collaborate and grow together.”

Farbman leadership chose the new location for its size, office campus feel, and central location for their family-owned enterprises. Other elements that factored into the Farmington Hills move include Farbman’s ability to own the building, which is a Yamasaki designed building, customize design elements and amenities, and the expansion capabilities the space offers to cater to future growth of the companies.
