Entre Commercial Realty completed the sale of a multi-tenant investment facility at 212 Lindow Lane in Marengo, Illinois.
The 21,434-square-foot facility was built in 2006 and was fully leased at the time of sale. The building consists of six individual units and comes equipped with 13 drive-in doors, 20’ clear height and convenient access along US Hwy. 20. The building was purchased by a local investor.
