Lee & Associates completed a 22,813-square-foot lease at 2050 S Mount Prospect Road, Unit F, in Des Plaines, Illinois.
This brings the industrial building to 100% occupancy following the 52,922-square-foot lease Lee & Associates negotiated with TA Cabinets in July 2024. The building has immediate access to I-90 via full interchange at Elmhurst Road.
