Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Mid Town Square, a nine-suite retail strip property in Middleton, Wisconsin.
Patrick Suffield, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, procured the buyer. Todd Lindblom is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Wisconsin.
Mid Town Square, situated on 2.6 acres at 6333 University Ave., was built in 1948. The 50,000-square-foot retail center is close to downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
