Chicago-based McHugh Construction appointed Jaime Zwierzynski as director of business development.
With more than 12 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry, Zwierzynski brings a proven track record in revenue growth, client engagement and strategic market positioning.
In her new role, Zwierzynski will focus on expanding McHugh’s client base and project pipeline through targeted relationship-building and data-driven insight. She has managed over $200 million in prospective project opportunities and brings expertise in CRM strategy, lead generation and proposal development. Her collaborative approach and strong industry network will support McHugh’s continued growth across Chicago and other key markets.
Prior to joining McHugh, Zwierzynski held business development roles at Interior Construction Group, REX Electric and Technologies, and ECS Midwest, where she helped double regional revenue over five years.
An active member of Chicago’s commercial real estate and construction communities, Zwierzynski serves on the board of directors for CoreNet Global’s Chicago chapter, where she also chairs special events. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Professional Women in Construction (PWC), the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is a sponsor of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
She has a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing and communications with a minor in mass media from Illinois State University.
