CBRE arranged the sale and acquisition financing for The Station St. Peters, a 180-unit multifamily property in St. Peters, Missouri. Salem, Oregon-based Bonaventure purchased the property from Mia Rose Holdings LLC for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Matt Bukhshtaber represented the seller in the transaction. CBRE’s Nick Santangelo, Bruce Francis, Shaun Moothart, Bob Ybarra, Doug Birrell, Anna Britt, and Amber Coleman of CBRE’s Capital Markets’ Debt and Structured Finance team secured the $21.667 million, 10-year, fixed-term, full-term interest-only loan on behalf of the buyer.
The Station St. Peters is located at 2000 Swenson Lane, just south of the Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Interstate 70 interchange and proximate to several retail venues including Mid Rivers Plaza, Cave Springs Shopping Center, and Mid Rivers Mall. Built in 2024, the property features a range of one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 870 square feet.
Community and unit amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, a community clubhouse, a coffee bar, an outdoor grilling area with a fire pit, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and stainless-steel appliances.
