Commercial mortgage banking firm Gantry added two new partners to the firm’s Board of Directors as shareholders in the firm’s producer-owned/producer-led private corporate structure. The new partners hold the title of principal and are production leaders in their respective offices: Joe Monteleone in St. Louis, and Mark Reichter in Kansas City.
· Joe Monteleone (St. Louis) – Monteleone joined Gantry as a Principal in 2024 following the firm’s merger with Triad Capital Partners, a platform he led as a principal and the production leader of its St. Louis office. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).
· Mark Reichter (Kansas City) – Reichter joined Gantry as a Principal in 2024 following the firm’s merger with Triad Capital Partners, a platform he led as a principal and the production leader of its Kansas City office. He is a long-time member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and is a former member of the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG) for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
