A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Boston-Massachusetts-based private equity real estate manager Long Wharf Capital acquired 570-590 Mitchell Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
The 29,355-square-foot building is in DuPage County, two miles from the intersection of I-355 and Army Trail Road and is fully leased to a long-term single tenant.
The Avison Young team of Adam Haefner and Nick Fazio were the sole brokers in the sale.
