
St. Louis-based LCG Capital Management named Matthew Hunter as Managing Director-Corporate Services.
With two decades of experience in corporate real estate as a strategic advisor and director, Hunter will lead the strategy and execution of LCG’s corporate services division. LCG is supported by Alberici Constructors and Flintco, which announced a strategic investment in the company last June.
Hunter’s expertise includes helping clients optimize the footprint and value of their real estate portfolios through development, repositioning, cost avoidance, and capital planning. His extensive work and leadership in transaction management, lease administration, facilities management, design and construction, program management and strategic planning will enhance LCG’s corporate services delivery. Hunter has worked with many clients including The UPS Store, H&R Block, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, Dogtopia and Avaya.
He most recently served as Senior Account Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, he held numerous roles, including Senior Vice President with DTZ/Cassidy Turley prior to acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier in his career, he held management positions with Bank of America and Union Planters Bank.
In addition to being licensed to sell real estate in Missouri, Hunter is a member of the National Association of Realtors and an affiliate member of the Internation Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri–Columbia and also studied at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.
