Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Eola Crossing, a nine-suite retail strip in Aurora, Illinois, for $2.825 million.
Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the buyer, a local private investor. The transaction went from contract to close in just 35 days and was completed with an all-cash purchase.
Located at 2380 S. Eola Road, the property spans 14,238 rentable square feet and features service and restaurant tenants, including Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Built in 2006, it sits on 1.77 acres near national retailers such as Crunch Fitness, 7-Eleven and CVS.
