Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a two-property, 580-unit self-storage portfolio in Topeka, Kansas.
Sean Delaney, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Colby Haugness, Marcus & Millichap’s Kansas broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Utah-based seller, and procured the buyer, a Pennsylvania-based owner.
The portfolio consists of 580 units across two facilities located less than five miles apart at 3200 S. Kansas Ave. and 235 S.W. Gage Blvd. Totaling 67,721 rentable square feet, the properties are 84% occupied and include climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, outdoor parking, and portable units.
