Brayden Schiff joined Chicago’s Baum Realty Group as Vice President, where he will focus on building out Baum Realty’s urban industrial practice with an emphasis on downtown Chicago properties and redevelopment opportunities.
Schiff brings expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and redevelopment, working closely with owners, users, and developers to maximize the potential of industrial assets.
Schiff earned a degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi in 2021. A native of Glen Ellyn, he now lives in Logan Square. A former hockey player, he now enjoys golfing in his free time.
