Come the summer of 2026 builder MBG will complete 151 luxury townhomes and apartments for Keely Properties’ Vivienne mid-rise luxury living community at 211 N. Meramec in Clayton, Missouri.
On Nov. 6, MBG celebrated the progress on Vivienne with a subcontractor appreciation lunch.
Designed by Trivers, the 252,002-square-foot mid-rise features nine townhomes and 142 apartments. The building presents a balanced symmetry as it steps down on the western side of the development. It is being constructed with a wood frame over a concrete podium clad in brick and concrete siding with profusion of large windows. Two-story, walk-up style townhomes will face Meramec and occupy the western side of the building. It also features a parking garage.
The living community features a second level entertainment and relaxation patio space with an outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pits and barbeque grills. Other amenities include:

The well-appointed units feature walk-in closets, LVP, ceramic and carpeted floors, and carpet floors, fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry.
Vivienne is MBG’s third building project in Clayton since 2021. It previously built the 12-story, 170-room Residence Inn by Marriot and the 11-story, 207-room AC Hotel Clayton.
