Mary Paltani joined Bradley Company as managing director of commercial asset services for Northern Indiana. She will work out of the company’s South Bend, Indiana, office.
Paltani brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate to her new position. She spent more than a decade with Hines, serving as general manager for Class-A office towers in Charlotte and Oklahoma City.
Paltani managed LEED-certified properties totaling more than 1.8 million square feet, overseeing building openings, multimillion-dollar capital-improvement programs and daily operations.
Before Hines, Paltani spent 11 years with JLL, where she advanced to vice president/general manager.
