The asset provides the buyer with a stable healthcare-focused tenancy on a recently executed lese with about eight years of remaining term.
Dan Cooper, president of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the buyer, a Midwest-based private investor. The property sold for $3.1 million, representing a CAP rate of 7.01%.
