Matthew Whiteside, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Colonial Place, LLP, and procured the buyer, a private Wisconsin investor.
East Ridge Village Apartments consists of 44 two-bedroom units across 11 buildings on Monique Lane and North Irene Avenue. The community totals 44,000 rentable square feet and sits on 5.16 acres. Twenty-three units have been recently renovated with updated appliances, flooring, fixtures and finishes, while 21 units offer value-add potential through future upgrades.
