Situated near the intersection of 84th & Giles Road, the shopping center contains 224,187 square feet and is anchored by Harbor Freight, with a strong base of long-term tenants in place. The transaction included an 89,359-square-foot land lease. Ember Grummons, CCIM and Tim Kerrigan, CCIM, SIOR of Investors Realty represented the Seller.
