The Missner Group acquired 657 Wolverine Drive, a 58,236-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property in Aurora, Illinois.

The acquisition reflects the company’s focus on value-add second-generation industrial assets in strong suburban submarkets.

Located on 5.5 acres, 657 Wolverine Drive features a flexible multi-tenant layout with divisible spaces down to 5,250 square feet. The building includes multiple drive-in doors and loading docks, 18-foot clear heights, heavy power, and ample parking to support a range of manufacturing and industrial users. Built in 1997, the asset also offers outside storage and immediate availability in select units.

The Missner Group plans to implement a targeted value-add program, including tenant buildouts, renovation of existing office space, and structural improvements. The property is located approximately 3.9 miles from I-88 via the Eola Road interchange, providing strong regional access within the highly sought-after I-88 industrial corridor.

Two units are currently available for lease, including a 25,268-square-foot space and a 5,250-square-foot unit, offering immediate opportunities for tenants seeking space in the I-88 corridor.

Steve Connolly and Mark Moran of NAI Hiffman represented the seller in the transaction. Andrew Maletich of Cawley CRE represented the buyers.
