Entre Commercial Realty completed the sale of a newly renovated 67,700-square-foot industrial building in Huntley, Illinois.
Entre was originally marketing the property for lease, but given significant buyer demand the property was repositioned for sale. Through an aggressive marketing campaign, Entre was able to secure multiple offers and sold the property to a neighboring business owner who purchased the property as a secondary facility to accommodate significant growth. The property features updated offices, a new roof, heavy power, four docks, and 16’-21’ ceilings.
