Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of 4801 S. Buckner Blvd. in Dallas, a 28,443-square-foot building situated on three acres.
Joe Santelli, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer, St. Vincent de Paul of North Texas, in the acquisition from a private investor.
The property is located at 4801 S. Buckner Blvd. in Dallas. The 28,443-square-foot building will be redeveloped into St. Vincent de Paul of North Texas’ second Dallas thrift store. The new location is intended to replicate the success of the organization’s Northwest Highway store, with the aim of opening for the 2026 holiday season.
