Ted Feenstra has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Chicago-based V3, an employee-owned multidisciplinary firm reimagining the built environment across North America.
For 28 years, Ted has contributed to the firm’s growth and success through developing high-performing teams and client-focused leadership that keep projects moving forward. In this role, he will empower employees to deliver innovative solutions that support client goals and create impactful community transformations.
Ted joined V3 in 1998 as a Design Engineer. While he’s held the title of Illinois Land Development Leader for the past 18 years, his contributions extend across the firm. He previously served two terms on V3’s Board of Directors and most recently acted as the firm’s interim Ohio Regional Leader.
Ted continues to be instrumental in V3’s firmwide growth and will be a driving force in future performance.
