Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based PREMIER Design + Build Group hired Charles Worrell as Project Executive.
Charles will play an important role in the continued growth of PREMIER’s Connecticut team, helping expand the company’s market presence while strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and project teams.
Charles brings more than 20 years of construction and development experience, including the successful delivery of prominent New York projects valued at up to $175 million. His portfolio spans large-scale ground-up construction, core-and-shell development, renovations, and interior fit-outs across the residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, educational, institutional, and hospitality sectors.
Throughout his career, Charles has held key leadership roles directing projects from early preconstruction through turnover and closeout. He also has experience leading project mobilization and on-site operations while keeping owners, design consultants, construction managers, general contractors, trade partners, and vendors aligned.
In his new role, Charles will provide executive oversight across all phases of project delivery, ensuring teams remain aligned with client objectives, contractual requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. He will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while guiding project teams through proactive problem-solving and informed decision-making.
Charles has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007 and currently holds the LEED AP Building Design + Construction credential. He holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University
