Traci Devereaux has joined Colliers as Managing Director, U.S. Real Estate Management Services (REMS), based in Dallas, Texas. Devereaux will focus on new business development and expanding the firm’s property management presence across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
In her role, Devereaux will build relationships with owners and investors and work closely with Colliers’ brokerage professionals to identify opportunities for property management, leasing and other services. By strengthening connections between REMS and brokerage, she will help clients access the firm’s broader expertise and support growth across both property management and investor-focused brokerage.
Devereaux brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She joins Colliers from Holt Lunsford Commercial, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Management Services, leading more than 70 property and construction management professionals across Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. During her decade with the firm, she advanced through several leadership roles, building extensive experience in client relations and commercial property management. Earlier in her career, Devereaux managed a 2.1 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties at Hillwood and held roles with Transwestern and JLL; her industry leadership also includes service on BOMA International’s Executive Committee and past presidencies with local chapters.
