Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Crosby Avenue Self Storage, a 282-unit self-storage property in Janesville, Wisconsin, for $2.4 million.
Jon Silvers and Sean Delaney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local owner, and procured the out-of-state buyer.
Located on 6.77 acres at 232 S. Crosby Ave., the property features 282 non-climate-controlled units totaling 49,750 rentable square feet. Built in 1990, the facility is situated west of downtown Janesville and was nearly 100% occupied at the time of sale.
