Chad Burkemper, Joseph Hill and Geoff Orf of Colliers represented Permian Holdings, Inc. in the sale of the Permian Plastics Building, a 37,500-square-foot industrial building. The property is located at 1477 Hoff Industrial Drive in O’Fallon, Missouri.
GK2-Hoff purchased the building.
Dan Bamberger of Colliers represented Heubel Material Handling in the of a 48,850-square-foot industrial building at 4050 Lakeview Shores Court in Earth City, Missouri.
Anne Zanola Street and Orf represented Roto-Rooter Services Company in the lease of 46,189 square feet of industrial space at Hazelwood Tradeport II at 4806 Trade Access Blvd. in Hazelwood, Missouri.
