Birmingham, Alabama-based commercial real estate firm Bayer Properties is handling leasing, property management and marketing for Liberty Center, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use property in Cincinnati.

Located within the Greater Cincinnati-Dayton region, Liberty Center is connected to a thriving and socially engaged population. The community-centric development includes 860,000 square feet of retail space, 75,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 240 multifamily units and a 130-room AC Hotel by Marriott.

Anchored by Dillard’s, Liberty Center offers a range of shopping, dining, entertainment and service-driven concepts. The center also features gathering spaces, including two outdoor parks and a rooftop garden atop one of the retail buildings, and two first-class event spaces available for conferences, weddings, meetings and other special events.

Liberty Center is Bayer’s first property assignment in Ohio. With the addition of this development, Bayer has expanded its portfolio by more than two million square feet this year.
